Inquiries, appeals and complaints
Complaints and appeals are managed fairly,efficiently and effectively. For all inquiries please complete the following steps:

Rights under complaints and appeals policy.
If the complainant is not satisfied with the outcome, the complaint will be referred to an independent external person, who is agreed to by both parties, where the complainant will have an opportunity to formally present their case in mediation. Mediation & Arbitration Chamber could be used as an arbiter to handle the complaint and appeals that could not be handled internally, however the student may choose to source an independent arbitrator. |
